Available soon. In this model, Lagoon collects payment from the guest at the time of booking, deducts the agreed commission, and pays you the balance after the guest checks out.
How payouts work
- The guest pays Lagoon securely when they book.
- After checkout, we transfer you the booking total minus commission.
- Payouts run on a regular schedule to your registered bank account.
What you'll need
Bank/payout details on file (add them under Finance → Payout details in your extranet) and acceptance of the payment terms.
This model activates once online payments are live in your region. Until then, use the commission or subscription models. We'll notify you before enabling it for your account.
