1. About Lagoon

Lagoon is a marketplace that connects travellers with accommodation and experience providers ("properties"). Lagoon facilitates bookings but is not itself the provider of the stay or experience.

2. Using Lagoon

You must be at least 18 to book. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the platform lawfully.

3. Bookings

A booking is a contract between you and the property. Prices are shown inclusive of stated taxes; the property's own currency is the amount charged. Cancellation terms are shown before you book and are set by each property.

4. Reviews & content

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove content that breaches our guidelines.

5. Liability

Lagoon is not liable for the acts or omissions of properties. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
