Reviews come from real guests. A review tied to a completed booking carries a Verified stay badge. We remove contact details automatically and hold anything flagged for a quick human check before it appears. Hosts may respond publicly to any review, and may report a review they believe breaches our guidelines — but hosts can never delete a guest's honest review.
